WFQ Monthly Meeting: March 16th @ 6PM
Tink Linhart will be speaking to us about Quilts of Valor. She would also like us to mention that the fourth Saturday of each month there is a day of sewing at Ye Olde Schoolhouse in Cedarburg for Quilts of Valor (QOV). “The mission of the QOV Foundation is to cover ALL those service members and veterans touched by war with Wartime Quilts called Quilts of Valor (QOVs). This Foundation is not about politics. It is about people.”

Our February program will feature an interview with local long arm quilter, Connie Griffiths, and Wandering Foot Guild's own prolific quilter, undercover interview reporter, Jan Bretzel. (Sorry, that was a quilting pun if you caught it!) Connie will share the ins and outs of being a long arm quilter, and what a long arm quilter would want you to know before take your quilt top to be professionally quilted so you end up with the best results for all your labor, effort and expense.
